You get an aluminum tin ready to bake in the oven with over 3 pounds of pork shoulder cut into big chunks. It’s been marinated for 48 hours before freezing
Ingredients are Selena gold apple cider vinegar, Oliflex olive oil, sea salt and black pepper, raw honey, garlic, ground ginger, ground sage.
bake from frozen at 350 for 3-4 hours with lid on
Check it halfway through to see how it’s looking and make sure it’s not drying out, if so add some water. You’ll know when it’s done when you can pull it apart.
