My soon to be café baker, Nicole is making pies for Thanksgiving for us this year. She is using my pork lard for the crust, organic flour… And doing seasonal pies with local seasonal fruit. The filling will include my pasture raised eggs as well. this is for a 9 inch apple pie for pick up the week of Thanksgiving with your turkey, or at any of our delivery locations and farmers markets with your order.
