The nectars of the Southern California Wildflower blooms produces a rich, more granulated, amber honey than our White Cold Packed Creamy Wildflower Honey. We also recommend this honey to Southern California residents with allergy problems. The trace amounts of pollen inside the honey can help with allergies for users living near those floral sources. Cold Packed honey is 100% raw, unheated, unfiltered and packed in glass.
