Our large 2 inches thick boneless skinless pork chops with a slit cut down the middle for you to easily stuff with our package of stuffing. Stuffing is gluten free. Dried cranberries, pears, red onions, bacon bits. Also includes cranberry pear glaze ( puréed fermented cranberry sauce with honey, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper )
$20 lb (2 lbs of pork chops, comes with 2 pork chops that are 2 inches thick, 6 oz stuffing and 4 oz glaze in separate containers)
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes with stuffing inside pork chops. Take out and put a little bit of the glaze, pan drippings and olive oil in the bottom of a pan on your stove top to caramelize the top of the pork chops, then add the rest of the glaze for presentation and dipping.
