Why are these a secret? Because most people don’t like beef liver. Or any kind of liver. But it’s one of the super foods and incredibly beneficial for our bodies. So I have liver hidden in these meatballs. I’ve taken my grass fed ground beef, blended with beef liver, and some ground bacon, parsley, oregano, garlic, sea salt and black pepper. Because of the ingredients in the time that it takes to make them, they are a little more expensive, but well worth it you don’t need much to get your liver intake.
bake these at 350° for 30 minutes. Then you can add them to your soups or dishes.
