This listing is his homemade buffalo sauce using organic butter, paprika, cayenne pepper, red chilies, white vinegar, white pepper, red pepper, sea salt and fresh pepper. Comes in a 16 oz container to pre-marinade. Chicken wings will be 3 lbs. This is raw, frozen and will need to be defrosted and cooked all the way through.
