One of my family fall favorites. Comes in a aluminum round baking casserole dish. Feed 4-6. Pasture raised pork cutlets, bacon, red onions, apple chunks, applesauce, apple cider vinegar, pork bone broth, cinnamon, all spice, ground sage, ground ginger, garlic, sea salt, fresh ground pepper. Topped with crushed almonds and almond flour. Defrost first (preheat oven to 375) bake for 1 hour covered in foil. Then turn temperature down to 325, keep covered for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes to tenderize the pork. Take out of oven and let it sit for 15 minutes, serve.
